Finance at Hindmarch & Co

At Hindmarch and Co Stamford Ltd whatever the price of the car you are buying we realise that getting the right finance package that suits your budget is as important as the car you are buying.

That is why we work hard to ensure that we have the most competitive and easy to understand finance options available.

We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We do not charge fees for our Consumer Credit services. We typically receive a payment(s) or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with them, typically either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. The payment we receive may vary between finance providers and product types and we are happy to disclose any commission payments to you.
The payment received does not impact the finance rate offered.
All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over, guarantees and indemnities may be required.

Hire Purchase in Detail

Hire Purchase agreements are a type of credit where once you have paid the total loan amount, you own the vehicle. During the loan term, the financer owns the vehicle. Once you repay them in full, ownership passes to you. Typically, Hire Purchase agreements have higher monthly payments because you are repaying the total car amount. With a Personal Contract Purchase, you repay only part of that amount.

Personal Contract Purchase in Detail

Personal Contract Purchase is similar to a Hire Purchase contract but with additional flexibility since part of the cost is deferred until the end of your contract. Also known as an optional final payment (OFP), it may give you the benefit of lower monthly repayments.
At the start of the contract, we will set this optional final payment for the car, this will be based upon your chosen term and approximate annual mileage.
You select the deposit you wish to pay and then make monthly repayments based on the outstanding loan balance, less the optional final payment.

We are not an independent financial advisor and we act as their agent for this introduction. We may advise you on the products, subject to your personal circumstances, though you are not obliged to take our advice or recommendation. We do not charge you a fee for our services. We will typically receive commission from Evolution Finance and Connected Finance  (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow).

For your reassurance, Evolution Finance and Connected Car Finance could pay commission at different rates, but the commission we receive does not influence the interest rate you will pay. Our aim is to secure finance for you at the lowest interest rate you are eligible for from Evolution Finance and Connected Car Finance.

If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over.
